I like to keep things simple and stress-free for you — here’s what’s needed to book your session:

-Your due date to reserve a tentative session spot

-$100 non-refundable deposit

-Standard photography contract signed

-Short questionnaire to complete, helping me prepare for your session and get to know you and your vision a little better

Final payment is due 24 hours before your session date

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I book my newborn session?

It’s best to book in your second trimester to secure your spot. I only take a limited number of newborn sessions each month to allow flexibility around due dates.

Do you offer a discount when booking newborn & maternity sessions?

No discount, but I do include a few extra images when you book both sessions together — my little way of saying thank you!

What if my baby comes early or late?

No stress at all! Once your baby arrives, just let me know and we’ll finalise your session date. I leave room in my schedule to accommodate early or late arrivals.

How old should my baby be for the session?

Newborn sessions are ideally held when your baby is between 7–14 days old, as they are still very sleepy and naturally curled, allowing for those beautiful, snuggly poses.

I happily photograph babies up to 3 months of age. The main difference is that older babies tend to be more alert and less flexible as they begin to stretch out of that newborn curl. Some poses may not be possible, however capturing your baby at any early stage is truly special and always results in beautiful, timeless images.

Where will the session take place?

Depending on your package, you can choose between a relaxed studio session, outdoor or an in-home lifestyle session. I’ll guide you through both options to find the perfect fit for your family. Please note: a travel fee applies for in-home newborn sessions and for outdoor locations more than 30 minutes from my home studio.

Can I upgrade to a full gallery and receive all my images ?

Only clients who book the Forever Treasured package will have the exclusive option to upgrade to their full gallery after viewing.

(For other packages, additional images can still be purchased individually or you can upgrade to package 3)

Gallery Delivery time frame?

There is a 3 week turn around on your gallery delivery from the day of the shoot

Payment Options ?

Bank transfer is my preferred payment method — it’s simple, secure, and has no extra fees.

I also offer the option to pay by credit or debit card through Stripe for your convenience. Please note, card payments incur a 1.75% + $0.30 processing fee, which is added automatically at checkout. This fee goes directly to the payment processor.
